Located on Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho, the Limelight Ketchum opened in December 2016 to offer the warm, friendly atmosphere and high-value amenities that have made the Limelight Hotel Brand a lauded resort hotel experience. Guests are invited to enjoy a well-stocked continental breakfast daily, including meats, cheeses and a rotation of hot breakfast items, and a happy hour in the lounge from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, featuring live music and hand-tossed specialty pizzas and local brews. Complimentary transportation to town, the resort and to and from the Hailey airport is available.

These three level deluxe townhomes are located in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run. The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. Elegance abounds, from the grand stone entryway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom suite. A beautiful, shaded deck with mountain views is accessible from the living room. No children under 10 are allowed in this location.

The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners. Condos feature an open living, dining and kitchen area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and air-conditioning.

The newest addition to our Cottage portfolio, the Chateau is a stunning four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home with just over 5,000 square feet of livable space. Inside you will find an open floorplan complemented by three fireplaces, a large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and a spacious living room. The home’s sprawling back patio overlooks the serene Sun Valley Lake and offers ample space for outdoor dining and lounge seating.

The View Cottage is a spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage, perfect for your group to gather, relax and enjoy the mountains. It has one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. You can soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi tub before curling up in front of the fireplace, and there is a full kitchen and dining room and a convenient washer and dryer.

The Legends 4510 is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sun Valley townhome that sleeps 8. Experience endless adventure—like world-class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and fly fishing—while surrounded by unfiltered natural beauty. Located on the Elkhorn Golf Course, guests will enjoy this 2-story townhome’s gas fireplace and community amenities, including a hot tub, a sauna, and swimming pools.

Tucked away amidst the tranquil mountain scenery of Sun Valley, Boulder View Home presents a peaceful hideaway that combines luxury with comfort. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area.
