The Westridge Condos offer an outstanding location for gathering your family and friends to enjoy the Sun Valley outdoor amenities! The complex offers a community hot tub, elevator, and underground assigned parking. Each condo includes air-conditioning, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There’s a shuttle stop conveniently located in front of the complex.

Located near the Sun Valley Lodge, the Guest Cottage is like your own home on the mountain. This two-floor cottage has four spacious bedrooms. The first floor hosts the living room with gas fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, a master suite with a king-size bed and another bedroom with a king-size bed. Two rooms with two twin beds each and a shared bath are on the second floor. There's a beautiful porch that's great for enjoying breakfast before you head out for the day.

The Dollar Cottage is spacious and luxurious, with six roomy bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, three with a queen bed and two with a twin bed in each. Overlooking the lake, this sprawling residence has a wood-burning fireplace and wet bar in the main living area, a family room, an expansive master suite with connecting bath and a full marble kitchen. Walk outside, and you'll find a Jacuzzi with a view of the lake.

Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake. The private residence sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk away from Sun Valley Village, Lodge and Inn, and with stunning views across the lake to Bald Mountain. Exquisitely furnished, this 3,025 square foot luxury house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on the main floor, designed around a large, sunny, central dining and living room. There are two en suite master bedrooms, one with fireplace and small adjoining bedroom/study. Each of the three guest rooms, has two twin beds and a separate bath. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bay that seats six. On the lower level, there is a separate den for work or play with its own desk, seating area and wide-screen TV. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.

These three level deluxe townhomes are located in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run. The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. Elegance abounds, from the grand stone entryway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom suite. A beautiful, shaded deck with mountain views is accessible from the living room. No children under 10 are allowed in this location.

The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. Condos have a full kitchen, fireplace, private deck, and wireless internet.

The duplex-style townhomes are full of warmth and color, coziness and current furnishings, to give the townhomes a like-home feel. There is a river rock gas fireplace in the living room and a separate family room. Located 1 ½ blocks to lifts, 6 blocks to downtown, and adjacent to the area-wide paved bike path. The fully equipped kitchen is a cooks nirvana stocked with fine appliances, equipment and utensils. You will also find a private double garage, an outdoor private hot tub and gas grill on patio.

With a location you can't improve on, right in the heart of Sun Valley Village, the Eccles Cottage has five bedrooms with nine beds total (one king and eight twins). Overlooking Sun Valley Lake, this spacious house has a cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a dining room with a table that seats 10. Walk outside to the deck and you can take in the view of the lake while grilling on the barbecue. This home comes with a convenient washer and dryer.

The Symphony Cottage is as luxurious as a cottage can be. This house has seven bedrooms with nine beds (three kings, four queens, two doubles) and overlooks beautiful Sun Valley Lake. Soak in the hot tub after a big day on the mountain before curling up by one of the three cozy fireplaces. There is a full kitchen and a spacious sunken living room that comes complete with a wet bar.
