Mammoth View Villas

This condo is wonderfully located less than half a mile from the Village at Mammoth, where you can hop on the Village Gondola for a scenic ride up Mammoth Mountain to access 161 trails and eight terrain parks for epic skiing and snowboarding in winter and beautiful summer hiking. In the Village, you can also grab a burger and a beer at Burgers Restaurant, catch a ballgame at Toomey's, or enjoy the mountain scenery at Mammoth Brewing. Graystone

Graystone at Sierra Star is one of Mammoth's newest residential subdivisions located on the 16th fairway of the Sierra Star championship golf course. This unique development, consisting of only seven Craftsman-style homes, is situated on large lots amongst the pine trees and offers a convenient location close to the Village at Mammoth with nearby shuttle bus access to the ski area at the corner of Sierra Star Parkway and Meridian Blvd.

You can't beat this location, as this condo sits within walking distance of the lifts, golf course, and restaurants in the village! Come summertime, hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, high-altitude running, fishing, birding are the most popular activities here. Visit downtown Mammoth Lakes, one mile away, for shopping, convenience stores, and dining options. The almighty Yosemite National Park is 37 miles away. It's completely worth the trip.

Juniper Ridge

Juniper Ridge is a private enclave of large, upscale residences located on Mammoth Mountain. These properties offer exclusive ski-in, ski-out access to Mammoth Mountain via Eagle Express. Skiers and boarders ride down to the chairlifts from Juniper Ridge, while enjoying views over the top of Mammoth Lakes all the way to the White mountains. Most of these large homes are suitable for multiple families, and include pet friendly options...some even have private Jacuzzi's! Juniper Ridge is one of only a few areas in Mammoth where local zoning permits the nightly rental of single family homes. Guests enjoy much more space and privacy, and the convenience of true ski-in, ski-out access to Mammoth Mountain.
