Our wonderful three-bedroom two-bathroom home is located in the mountains of Pittsfield, Vermont - a postcard Vermont town. Hawk Landing is surrounded by lush woods, offering a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This family home offers a European/Middle Eastern feel combined in a Vermont rustic chalet. Enjoy the wood-burning fieldstone fireplace while lounging or dining in the open living and dining areas with Cathedral ceilings. When visiting us in the Summer months enjoy grilling on the large deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Take advantage of the exclusive access to a private swimming pond. Pittsfield borders the Green Mountain National Forest making for easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and the VAST snowmobile trails. Don't forget your four-legged family member is more than welcome to join you during your time away as this property is pet-friendly (prior approval required).

Located just off the main road and less than one mile to the slopes, this townhome is the perfect place for your family or group to enjoy all that Killington has to offer - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, fall foliage and so much more. You're close to everything while still being nestled in the woods for an idyllic setting for your holiday. Modern luxury meets adventure in this spacious home with stunning views just minutes from Bear Mountain. This welcoming three-bedroom/three-bathroom townhouse easily accommodates up to eight people, making it the perfect home base for a vacation with your family or friends. The main entry level of the house features an open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. From the oversized, relaxed furniture in the living room, in every season, you can gaze out the sloping skylight glass windows to glorious Bear Mountain or curl up with a book in front of the wood-burning fireplace. A flat-screen TV with surround sound, all streaming services, and a Wii for family gaming meet your needs for modern entertainment. A large dining room table seats eight, and sliders behind it open to the deck and gas grill. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen or perch at the breakfast bar to chat with the chef. You will also find a queen bedroom and a newly renovated full bath on the first floor. On the upper level of this unique home are a large main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a bonus den/tv room with a queen pull-out memory foam sofa bed. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed, a second with two twin beds, a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, and a large full bathroom with a sauna.

Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

Nestled in a great location, close to two large ski resorts (Killington and Pico) and the area’s well known nightlife and ski activities. The Green Mountain Golf Course, several ponds and the Appalachian Mountain Trail less than a mile away! The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests.
